When you have and modifier with price and you have a item discount that
allows multiple it does not allow to apply the discount on the second
modifier with price. For example, I order a main items and the modifier
with a price and then apply the discount it works. On the same check before
printing the check you order the same item with the same modifier and
them try to apply the promotion does not work. You see the second promotion
on the screen but it does not deduct anything. When you get to the print
check screen it only shows you 1 promotion but on the order screen it
shows you 2.
