Discount on preferential screen with priced modifier does not work

Issue:

An item by division discount on a preferential screen does not apply to an item priced modifier. If you apply the discount at the payment screen it works properly.

*The discount is not reacting in the same way if you apply the discount from the pref screen or from the payment screen.*
