GhClient stop answering restaurants when it process huge amount of FDE received

Issue:

After GhServer receive a lot of FDE files from a stores, when it start processing the received FDE to update the Multi unit, it stop accepting new FDE from stores that did not connect to it previously. This behavior was reported from a GhServer that must handle a lot of restaurant (about 200 stores)
