Archive Update crash if trying to re-update a 2005 archive

Issue:

If for some reason a 2005 archive is present in the 2003 archive folder the system will crash if it try to updates this archive. We need to add a validation to make sure the system do not try to double update a 2005 archive. Same thing for the cumul files.
