When starting the back office applications under Windows 98, the applications fail to start because some functions do not exist in Windows 98

Resolution Notes:

Fix Back-Office to start under Windows 98.  

Note: Maitre'D may not be able to resolve some of these issues with future Service Packs, as even Microsoft has dropped support of Windows 98 as of July 11th 2006.
