CE POS display wrong information when using frequent diner

Issue:

on a CE workstation example J2
close a transaction and when you arrive for the frequent diner screen selection
when it display the keypad to enter the frequent diner
on the Title it show only a F instead of frequent diner

if you set the frequent diner as a Point mode
on a CE ws it will show some ?????? instead of the number of points
