CVM vs canceled orders

Issue:

The CVM will not cancel an order on its screen when the items are removed from the order screen in Maitre'D. The orders will show cancelled only when you try to order an item after all have been removed or if the transaction is closed.

Fix CVM to cancel order from screen when the items are removed from the order screen in Maitre'D.

Note: Make sure to have a current version of the CVM software. The latest one is Version L.
