Issue:
If you setup a redirection on a CVM device (printer) and this CVM is
not online or the ws is down, the redirection is not working.

Resolution Version:
2005 SP4 HF6 (7.46)
Resolution Notes:
Fix CVM redirection to work when a CVM device is not online.
Note: Make sure to have a current version of the CVM software. The
latest one is Version L.
