Workstation reloads after a Frequent Diner swipe is performed

Issue:

Workstations reload at random on any random frequent diner customer on any frequent diner transaction. We tried in support to reproduce this issue, we tried analyzing the memoire file and nothing seems to tell us what is causing this problem. The dealer is saying that this occurs everyday.
