Recalling check on WS does not show the information box

Issue:

After doing a EFT pre-auth, the blue box is not showing when recalling to finalize.
The finalize button is there and it works.
After finalization, the red box is not showing.
When a check is closed to CASH, the green box is not showing as well

Fix check recall with last 4 numbers on workstation t always display the information box in the top left area.
