Void CCA status and Cancel/Re-open check with Tender Retail

Issue:

Using Tender Retail, the Void CCA STATUS is not supported.
So:
1- Void CCA STATUS should no be available on the workstation
2- Cancel/Re-open option should give a message that this check can not be re-opened (like we do for other thing) because a Cancel/Re-opened does a Void CCA STATUS

Fix Tender Retail interface to disable the Void CCA Status button and display an error message when a Cancel/Re-open check function is attempted.
