Mandatory Division VS item transfer from Status

Issue:

If you are setup to use a mandatory division and you sell an item belonging to that division, the transfer of this item from one client to another from the status screen will prompt the mandatory division programmed screen to pop-up, like it does when printing the guest check without having fulfill the mandatory division requirement. The system should not validate mandatory divisions when transferring items.
