Issue:

When using the cashier to go back on a order and add items and then goes to the payment screen and applies a $2.00 receivables payment and then goes back to the order and adds more item and then goes back to the payment the Receivables Payment is no longer there but the receivables customer has been charge the $2.00 previously applied and the new $2.00 charge that will be applied

Fix Multiple Payment function to keep account receivable amount when cashier goes back to table and adds items after having already applied an A/R amount on the order.
