Issue:

The pre-order will no be printed if the POS has just been rebooted. The POS display the error "Menu not available" when processing the pre-order. If you use the delivery employee (50) to do a delivery the pre-order will then print correctly. Its look like the employee screen access are not loaded properly.

Fix Pre-Order to print from workstation recently rebooted and whose default revenue center is not the delivery menu, but still has access to it.
