Item Configuration import do not import the AltItemId tag

Issue:

When using the item configuration import function. We cannot import the AltItemId tag (External Code). This tag is properly exported. But if you try to re-import it, it does not update the field.

The documentation for the Import and export of the configuration do not contains information about the AltItemId tag.
