Manager takeover vs discounts on the order screen

Issue:

When a waiter orders some items and the manager takes over the screen so that he can apply a discount. The discount doesn't appear it remains grayed out. If nothing is ordered and the manager takes over the screen, rings in items, then the discount appears.
