Split check vs VAT

Issue:

When using the VAT and you split a check, the system does not allow to settle the split checks. The system close them to 0 cash and give the value of the check out has change.

Resolution Notes:

Fix Split Check function to allow to settle it in European Operation with Value Added Tax.  

Note: Both European Operation and VAT Calculation options must be enabled in P.O.S. Control / View / Options / Configuration / Option
