Modifying payment with last 4 digits from EFT to cash vs initial preauth amount

Issue:

If you modify a finalized EFT transaction to Cash with the last 4 digits of the invoice and the pre-auth was entered on the first amount screen,  using the modify button and pressing the payment button (green button with card type and amount) will display different settlement values
