Issue:

When trying to do a credit card transaction with tip the receipt that is printed does not include the tip line that the customer needs to fill out. It is currently not possible to finalize the transaction; the system returns a track entry error.

The sales transaction work perfectly.

Resolution Notes:

Fix Electronic Funds Transfer in Australia to print a signature line on the receipt with Pre-Authorization disabled, and allow for a tip adjustment instead of a finalization.
