When Gratuity is used and a check is paid Cash, the check inquiry under
POS/FILE shows a line Change in the amount of the gratuity.
It should not show anything except the total amount of cash like it does
if the check is closed with a credit card (with or without extra tips)
In previous SP's (SP1 and SP4), this Change line was not shown. Just show
the type of media and total charged to this media
