Gift cards are lost if paid by Canadian debit

Issue:

When selling a gift card and paying with Canadian debit, if the debit transaction is refused, the system comes back to the media screen to use another media, but it has already flushed it.  
Using another media or debit again, we have a charge of $0.00
But we have the gift certificate slip
