Display total amount on CVM when Current Total On Line Display option is enabled

Issue:

When you have the option in the revenue center option\order\ current total and the display amount on line display it will not show the display amount on the cvm monitor.

Setup up cvm monitor

In the cvm utility make sure that you have display amount checked on

Then in the revenue center\option\order\  check on current total and the show amount on line display

Then send an item to the cvm monitor then press print the amount for the item should be displayed on the cvm monitor and it is not.

The issue is that the option in the revenue center current total and the show amount on line display is causing the issue they are not related to the function of the cvm monitor.
