Issue:

Depending on the gift card provider, he will be sending the Auth Code or the Ref.No or both
Again depending on the provider, he will want either the Auth. Code or the Ref.No when doing a cancellation on a gift card

This was changed by  team # 73848(MD2003) and # 82873(MD2005)

This has to be done in both MD2003 and MD2005

MD2003 first as we have the following:
    HDOS on ValueLynk
    Arby's  on SVS
    Denny's on SVS

Fix Gift Card coupon to print proper authorization code or reference number depending on provider to avoid issue when later trying to perform a cancellation.
