Issue Reported in Version:

Found By:

Issue:

When using multiple payments to finalize a customer check, the number of customer is wrong as each packet that represent a method of payment include also the table number of customer entered. For example, if 3 payments are used to settle a guest check (applied to room charge or other payments sent to PMS) and 4 customers were entered on that table, the system will send 12 customer (4 per packet) to the PMS.

The first packet (for first payment used) should include the table total customer. Any other packet for other media type must refer to 0 customers.

2005 SP4 HF18 (7.418)

Resolution Notes:

Fix Multiple Payments on a check to send the proper number of guests to the room with the Alliance Hospitality front desk interface. The first media type contains the number of customers, and the other packets contain 0 guests.
