Activity Range Filter

The Activity Range filter allows you get more valuable information on your customer habits.
You could already use the Order Count filter with 0 orders to get the customer that did not order in a certain Date Range filter. But the problem was those even inactive customers were listed. The Activity Range filter allows entering the range for which the report is generated and being able to set a range in which the customer was active.

For example, with this filter, along with two other filters, it is possible to ask for all customers that did not order between 01 / 07 / 2003 to 31 / 07 / 2003 but did order between 01 / 03 / 2003 and 30 / 06 / 2003

The Activity Range filter can be used only if the All Values option is disabled in the Order Count filter. If so, then the report will show labels only for customers that:

  1. Have done a number of orders that satisfy the "Order Count" range (ex.: Zero order)
    within the "Date Range filter (ex: From 01 / 07 / 2003 to 31 / 07 / 2003) and
  2. Have done at least one order in the "ActivityRange filter (ex: From 01 / 03 / 2003 to 30 / 06 / 2003 ).
