Allow Default Delivery Time
(Maitre'D 8.00.000.057 and later versions of Maitre'D)
You can allow delivery drivers to simply hit
the Enter button when prompted for Delivery Time.

Allow Default Time:
Enable this option so that drivers do not have
to enter the actual time they were at the customer's door when returning
from a delivery.
Note: The With Driver option below must also
be enabled.
