On the workstation, the driver completes an order.
If the completed order was settled with a media type setup to request a tip adjustment, the invoice media modification screen is displayed. The driver can touch the Modify button to enter the amount of tip.
If the driver touches the Exit button, the order dispatch screen is displayed.
Enable this option to allow drivers to enter an amount higher then the check total on External Orders, the difference will be counted as tip.
To turn this feature on, under the C:\Posera\MaitreD\Data directory, in the [Miscellaneous] section of the Bo.ini file, add the following configuration key and value:
