You can include in the employee's CMD List, a function to balance the bar
interface reading with Maitre'D. At the end of the shift, the bartender,
under CMD, can ask to balance the bar interface. Maitre'D verifies what
was ordered, what was poured from the bar dispenser and adds into the
order screen the difference between both applications. Once this is complete,
it is just a matter of closing that check to have Maitre'D and the Azbar
system equal.
