Promotion Bar Code ID

(Maitre'D 2003, and later versions of Maitre'D)

You can have the workstation accept a Bar Code ID for a promotion. This bar code can only contain numbers, and must be scanned before touching this promotion's button on the discount screen.

Note: This is useful to scan a coupon cutoff from a newspaper or a discount book, for example.
