Building a Maitre'D Database

(Maitre'D 2002, and later versions of Maitre'D)
At this point you should have a fully functional system and you are ready to enter your data. For experienced Maitre'D users, you can follow the next procedures to build your database. For those who are not too familiar with the system, see the P.O.S. Control manual.
Event Description Module Menu
Date Control You can modify dates used by the Back-Office with this option. You may change the beginning and the ending date of the year, the first day of the week, the last closed day, and the last daily report. You can also change the number of weeks per accounting period.

Menu name, modes description, restaurant names and address… You can enter the menu's name, the description of the modes (price levels), the restaurant's name, address and edit messages printing on the guest check.
