Cancellation receipt

Every time that a void is made on a table or a guest check, a Cancellation receipt is printed showing pertinent information and space for including a receipt message and/or reason.

Maitre'D's Cancellation receipt includes:

Name of the restaurant.
Date
Time.
Name of the server and the table number.
Name of the manager who did the void.
Description of the items that have been voided.
Space to enter any receipt message.
Space to enter any reason according for the void.
