It is possible for all employees to change their own passwords on the Point
Of Sales, and for managers to change the password of any employee. This
is useful to enter a generic password when first creating employees, and
then letting them choose their own passwords, thus giving them a greater
sense of security, as well as letting them choose numbers they will more
easily remember.
Point Of Sales
Enter your employee number, and touch FUNCTION.
Enter your original Password.
Notice it only has two digits in this example.
Touch CHANGE PASSWORD.
If you are a manager, you have to
select the employee you want to change the password for.
Enter your New Password, and touch ENTER.
Notice it has three digits in this example.
A message confirms that the password
change was successful. Touch OK.
Touch EXIT.
From now on, the employee uses the New Password.
Notice it is now the three digits password in this example.
