(Maitre'D Millennium, and later versions of Maitre'D)
The option Combo meal allows to group automatically pre-defined group of
items under a specific package. For example, you can buy separately a
sandwich ($4.00), french fries ($1.50) and medium soft drink ($1.50) or
if order together under a combo meal at a special price ($5.99).
You can predefine these combinations, and from the order operation,
by selecting all three items, the program will suggest to join them under
a combo meal.
