Course Spacing on Requisitions
(Maitre'D 2002, and later versions of Maitre'D)

When printing a kitchen order with course, 5 lines separate the different
courses. If you want to modify this spacing, and the workstation is running
Windows XP or later as its Operating System, add the following to the
following configuration keys and values:
Variable Name=SERVICESPACE
Variable Value=n
where n is the number of lines to skip between services.
Note: If the workstation is running an Operating System prior to Windows
XP, add the following to the Autoexec.Bat file of the workstation:
SET SERVICESPACE=n
where n is the number of lines to skip between services.
