Mailing Label Template
(Maitre'D 2002, and later versions of Maitre'D)
The templates is based on Avery Labels 5540, but any 1" x 2-5 / 8",
30 labels per sheet, will do.
With Avery, at the time of writing (July 2002), available Product numbers
were;
Weatherproof (Recommended):
- 5540
(10 sheets)

(25 sheets)
- 5520
(50 sheets).
The following Product numbers also work, but they are not weatherproof;
