Delivery Check
When a delivery order is taken, two delivery checks are printed showing
pertinent information that will help the driver to make the delivery such
as the full address including nearby street and phone number. You may
find some comments that may be important to know for the delivery driver
such as "Take the side door" or "Ask for Lucy".
Maitre'D's Delivery Check receipt includes:
- Name and address of your restaurant (on the customer
copy).
- Name and full address of the customer.
- Phone number.
- Date
- Check number.
- Sold items.
- Sub total showing net sales.
- Taxes.
- Grand total.
- Time the order was taken.
- Any comment that could help the delivery driver.
- Delivery number.
