Delivery Driver Reading
The Delivery Driver reading shows information such as delivery check numbers,
delivery orders that have been assigned to this delivery driver and total
amount received by media type.
Maitre'D's Delivery Driver Reading includes:
- Date.
- Time.
- Driver number and employee name.
- Delivery -- Check section showing all delivery orders
and check numbers assigned to the driver.
- Net sales by P.O.S. employee function.
- Number of customer, average sales/check, and total
net sales. Here the number of customer means number of checks.
- Number of tables, average sales/check, and average
customer waiting time. Here the number of table means number of check.
- Time that the first order was taken.
- Taxes collect.
- Total amount receives by media type.
- Net deposit (total cash less Tips Due).
- Number of meal and total value regarding total net
sales.
