Detailed Activity Report
Maitre'D's Detailed Activity Report is a new report you can generate from
a workstation. This report gives real time information regarding sales,
labor cost for each period requested. In addition to the regular activity
report, this report gives the labor $ per employee function and department.
Here, the net sales are based on the open and closed checks. Here is an
example of the summary activity report. A detailed activity report is
also available per period of time.
Maitre'D's Activity Report includes:
- Date.
- Time.
- Time period.
- Net sales, number of customer, net sales/customer,
and the table turnover for each revenue center.
- Labor sales.
- Labor hours by employee function and by department.
- Labor in dollars by employee function and by department.
- Labor cost in percentage by employee function and
by department.
- Total labor cost, total labor hours and total labor
cost percentage.
