Promotion Schedule by Quarter Hour

According to the marketing plan, some discounts might be available for
a specific period of a day and for specific days
in a week. The schedule branch allows to answer this type of promotion
structure, by enabling the mark related to the period you need, broken
down to 15 minutes intervals, for each day of the week tab.
In this example, on Fridays, the Happy Hour discount is available only
from 16:45:00 to 19:14:59. If the time is outside these ranges, the discount
will not apply. Notice that we gave a leeway of 15 minutes before and
after 5 to 7 PM.
On the Week tab, partial hours are brown instead of blue.
