Discount receipt

Every time a discount is made on a guest check, a Discount receipt is printed showing pertinent information and space to include a receipt message and/or reason.

Maitre'D's Discount receipt includes:

Date
Name of the server and the table number.
Check number on which the discount was applied.
Description of the discount.
Amount of the discount.
Space to enter any receipt message.
Space to enter any reason according to this discount.
