EFT Credit Card Receipt
When using the Credit Card authorization program each time a credit card
is used for a transaction, the workstation prints a credit card receipt
to be filled by the customer.
Maitre'D's EFT Credit Card receipt includes:
- Name of the restaurant.
- Credit card type.
- Credit Card number and expiration date. *
- How this card was entered (swiped or keyed).
- authorization number received from the Clearing House.
- Store number.
- EFT terminal that was use to send the transaction.
- Check number for that transaction.
- Total amount of the pre-authorization.
- Information to be completed such as tip, telephone
and customer signature.
- Date and time of the transaction.
- Server name
