Employee Deposit receipt
During a shift, an employee may make an employee deposit to reduce the
amount of cash that is in the float. Each employee Deposit transaction
will be shown on the Server Financial report. Maitre'D's Employee Deposit
receipt will be printed each time a deposit is made.

Maitre'D's Employee Deposit receipt includes:
- Name of your restaurant
- Date
- Time
- Name of the employee who gave the money
- Name of the manager who made the transaction
- Amount of the Employee Deposit
- Spaces to enter a receipt message
