If you want a beep from the kitchen printer to notify the cook when
an order comes in, you can use an EPSON RS-232 Serial Interface Card with
Annunciator on an EPSON TM-200 printer.
It has a beeper that simply needs a hexadecimal code in the printer type's
page setup string to work.
The EPSON part number for that card is 100334.
