to get your customer's feedback. Maitre'D's Evaluation sheet print a form
for evaluating different hospitality points such as reception, cleanliness,
service and the meals that have been served.
Maitre'D's Evaluation Sheet receipt includes:
- Name of the restaurant.
- Date.
- Customer number who receives the Evaluation sheet.
- Lists of question to be fill.
- Check number link to that sheet.
- Time the first order was send.
- Time the check was printed.
- Servers name.
