Export Report

(Maitre'D 2003, and later versions of Maitre'D)

Report Centre / File / Export

This allows to export the currently displayed report in a variety of file formats, such as PDF, HTML XML, Crystal Report, Word, Text, Tabbed Text or Lotus. You can save this report or use Microsoft Mail, if you have email functionality on your server, to send it by email to a colleague.

Note: Acrobat (PDF) is the ideal format for securing your data from edition.

Note: Also enable the Save To Document option to include the chosen path in the report template. This is useful when including this report in the End Of Day Report List to be exported daily, as described in Technical Notes 20030528155 and 20030528156.
