You can force employees to swipe their magnetic cards and forbid them
to enter their password manually.

Force Swipe the Employee Card:
Enable this option to force employees to use their magnetic card on the
card reader, and disable their passwords.
Note: You can NOT use magnetic cards for employees and Biometrics devices
on the same system. Also, this option disables the Change Password function
on the workstation.
