After or when closing a guest check you can print a receipt for your customer.

Maitre'D's Customer Check Receipt includes:

Name of the restaurant.
Date.
Check number and table number.
Total amount of the guest check.
Name of the server and time the receipt was printed.
Total amount by media type.
Tip line.
Grand total line.
