Hide Theoretical Quantity

(Maitre'D 8.00.000.057 and later versions of Maitre'D)

You can hide the theoretical quantity of items when entering inventory adjustments in the Back-Office for user access levels 2 through 8.

Inventory Management / View / Options / Adjustment

Hide Theoretical Quantity:

Enable this option to hide these quantities from access levels other then System Owner or Distributor.

Inventory Management / Action / Adjustment

If you access the inventory module with a lower access level, the Stock column is empty, and the Adjustment column is not displayed.

Inventory Management / Action / Adjustment / Modify

Likewise, all Quantity in Stock fields are empty, and the Theoretical Quantity and Variance fields are not displayed.

If you access the inventory module with the top access level, both the Stock and Adjustment columns are populated.

Likewise, all Quantity in Stock fields are populated, as well as the Theoretical Quantity and Variance fields.
