You can allow bartenders to pour
some drinks without ordering them first under the
North American protocol. If they do not enter these items on the workstation
later, they will still have to pay for them at the end of their shift,
in the Free Poor fashion.

Enable this option to allow pouring an item linked to this PLU without
ordering it first.
Note: Input a Default Price equal to the most expensive sales item
linked to that PLU.
