North American protocol forbids the bartender from pouring a drink without
ordering it first.

North American Protocol:
Check the North American Protocol box, so that the bar dispenser allows
the bartender to pour drinks only after they have been ordered in Maitre'D.
When using the Berg interface, it is possible to build recipes for cocktails.
Any PLU that has both the Used For Bar Interface and Use PluList options
enabled in P.O.S. Control / Revenue Center / PLU, is available as a cocktail.
A PLU that has only the Used for Bar Interface option enabled is available
to build the recipe.
Note: The Auper bar system
that emulates Berg is not compatible with the North American protocol.
